My first visit here. Got a gift card for my birthday. I have a lot of medical conditions and have many massages in my life- this was very different and fantastic! I actually fell asleep. I highly recommend!

Relax Room in Lakeland, Florida, is hands down one of the best places to unwind and experience a truly relaxing massage. From the moment I walked in, I could tell this was going to be something special. The atmosphere was calming, the staff was welcoming, and the entire setup was designed for pure relaxation. Sitting in their state-of-the-art zero-gravity massage chair was unlike anything I’ve experienced before—the moment I reclined, I could feel the stress leaving my body. The 4D massage technology worked wonders, targeting every sore spot from my neck to my feet with just the right amount of pressure. It felt like having a professional massage but without the awkwardness of a traditional spa. Every movement of the chair was smooth and precise, giving me a deep, personalized massage that left me feeling refreshed, restored, and completely stress-free. It was the perfect escape from the daily grind, and I walked out feeling lighter and more at ease than I had in years. I was running a few errands in North Lakeland when I decided to get a haircut at Island Style Barbershop. This is where I was informed that there was a zero gravity massage chair literally directly next to the shop. Sounded like a great idea, so I quickly informed my wife, and we made appointments for a Friday night. We took advantage of the 14 days of love for Valentine’s Day that they were running at the time for February and planned our night around receiving a massage to finish it off. We made our way there roughly around 6:45, and greeted by the owners, & complementary drinks. they were very helpful and asked us about what areas we had any pain in or preferred light pressure. The hour went by pretty fast, as I was asleep half of the time. It was so relaxing; it felt like I wasn’t here at the moment but somewhere else. My wife also enjoyed it. After everything was done, had a great conversation with the owners . We would definitely be coming back.

Please visit this shop!! I received a gift card from my husband for my birthday to visit here. My birthday was on a Monday, I had no idea they were closed or by appointment only on Monday and just showed up. The owner was nearby outside of the shop and saw me peeking in the window, knocking on the door, trying to see if they were opened. He greeted me and told me that they were appointment only on Mondays, but proceeded to tell me I can come in and take advantage of the massage services. He promptly turned everything on, gave me instructions and escorted me to where he wanted me to go in the shop. He was very professional, kind, polite and attentive. The massage was so very relaxing. I had a one hour massage and it was so incredible. I was knocked out y'all! The chair was so comfortable and it hugs and massages your whole body! The feet massager felt soo good! The room was very relaxing. While, the music was nice I do wished a softer music list like jazz was played, because there was a moment I was knocked out asleep and the drums or bass in the one of the instrumental songs startled me and woke me up. Haha. It was probably for the best, because I was absolutely asleep. I loved the darkness in the room for you to really relax. I absolutely recommend you to visit this shop! You will enjoy yourself!! Very nice business owner, clean and inviting shop!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely incredible experience! This place is unlike anything I’ve ever seen. The moment you walk in, it feels like you’re stepping into a secret hideaway — there’s even a hidden wall that opens into this amazing, peaceful room. The lighting, the atmosphere, and the shooting stars on the ceiling make it feel like a dream. But the real stars are the chairs — these things are next-level! They’re about ten grand each and literally massage your body from head to toe. I left feeling completely relaxed and recharged. If you’re in Lakeland and need to de-stress or just want to experience something truly unique, The Relax Room is a must. 🌌🪑✨

This place is AMAZING! I went for my birthday. Walking in the door I felt welcomed right away. The staff member was very friendly. The complementary beverages were a nice touch. The staff member made sure I was comfortable and checked to see if you wanted to change the settings on the massage chair. The facility was very nice, clean, and relaxing. 30 minutes wouldn’t have been enough so glad I booked an hour massage. I have already recommended my friends and family. I will definitely be back again!

I was invited to my aunt’s birthday celebration, and getting a massage at Relax Room was one of the things on our list to do. I had such a great experience using the massage chairs—they were incredibly relaxing, clean, and exactly what I needed to unwind. You can really tell care goes into maintaining them. What makes this place even better is the location. Having a barber shop, ice cream shop, and smoke shop all in the same spot is such a convenience and adds to the overall experience. It truly feels like a one-stop place for self-care and enjoyment. The owners have done an amazing job creating a welcoming space, and I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to others.

Prior to visiting this place, I was not a believer in massage chairs. They did nothing for me. But I decided to give this one a try because the claim was that these chairs are not your average massage chairs..... and they are RIGHT! This chair gave me the one of the best massages I've ever had in my life! And not only that, but it is a no-hassle experience: no having to get undressed, no sticky oils, no awkward conversations. Just you, the vibes, the music, and the chair. The chair can massage multiple areas at one time so it's as if you have 2-3 massage therapists working on you at once. You can control the modes in real time to make sure you are always getting exactly what you want out of your visit and if you are not sure, you can ask. The owners of the business are very friendly and knowledgeable and let you do your thing once you feel comfortable-- they are not bothering you and trying to chit chat when you are there to have some me-time. They also offer complementary beverages (which is a nice touch). My only feedback to them would be to switch up the music and incorporate aroma therapy somehow. But, even without those two things, I still walked out of there having signed up for the monthly membership. Money well spent!

Oh man this was amazing. My wife and I had it to ourselves. She’s on her feet all day for work and I practice jujitsu. This was so needed! The lady at the front desk greeted us with a smile and told us all about who they are and what the chairs will do. She explained everything down to pricing and everything. The chairs are sanitized after each use. The room plays relaxing ambient music and has a nice sky lights in there as well. They also give you beer and wine as part of your experience. Needless to say we will be back again and probably purchase a membership. If you’ve had a tough week or day. Come by and let the chair to the magic. You won’t be disappointed
